​​The One Night musical performance was produced to bring together the most outstanding lead vocalists from well-known R&B groups for one night only. 

Gerald Alston from The Manhattans, Russell Thompkins Jr from The Stylistics, and Howard Hewett from the Shalamar delighted a full house at Morgan State University’s Murphy Auditorium by singing the songs that made them famous and performing everything from Opera to Broadway and Gospel songs. A full orchestra and choir accompanied performers.
